REGISTER YOUR TEAM FOR THE 2004 BARREL RACE

To register your team fill out the form below. We will send you a start time and a sponsor form by return. Your team will be asked to pay the £10 entrance fee on the day. Sponsor money should be collected as soon as possible after the event and sent to:-

Lions Club of Shrewsbury, c/o The Lord Hill, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6AZ

You will be sent a receipt and a "Certificate of Appreciation" for the amount your team raises
