At Whites we source our food locally where possible, and at worst, regional. We are lucky enough to be located in a fantastic region for local produce, in The Marches, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, and the Wye Valley offer a wide range of dedicated producers, growers, breeders and suppliers. Chef Johnny has been working in the region since he qualified, and has built relationships with many of them – Even our wine comes from local supplier Inspired Wines.

The dishes on the Whites menus reflect the rich choice of regional produce, and change reflecting what is in seasons. Below is a selection of our dishes – which can change daily, so please enquire on booking if you particularly like the sound of certain dishes, to see if they, or similar is available.
