Our chef Jonathan Waters, refers to the team as a family because we work so closely together. He left the Roebuck in Brimfield, home of the award winning Poppies Restaurant, to join us here at Whites. He has worked in the local area for many years & prides himself on his menu which changes monthly to ensure both variety & use of seasonal, local produce. Jonathan is happy to cater for special requests whether dietary or personal preference. If you are thinking of booking a small wedding, christening, birthday party or special celebration he will happily discuss options & create a menu just for you.

He has three apprentices, Jack who joined us straight from school & has just completed his GNVQ level 2, quite an achievement! Mat joined us 6 months later & has almost completed his GNVQ as well. Lastly we have a brand new recruit, Faye.

The whole team are very excited about our new venture, Whites @ Home, a retail outlet selling fine foods & wine. All of the food created in our kitchen here at Whites by the team.

Our front of house team comprise of us with Beverly our restaurant manager. Not to forget our very valuable part time staff who help out during our busy shifts.
