There will be a catalogue accompanying the exhibition with an introduction by Philip Attwood, Curator of Coins and Medals of the British Museum. |

The Welcome Song project is a collaboration between West Midlands, South West and South East, led by folk musician Eliza Carthy and will be performed in Much Wenlock, Chipping Campden, Weymouth, Stoke Mandeville and Olympic Park.. The brainchild of Dr William Penny Brookes, the games inspired re-birth of the modern Olympic Games in 1896.
