He was for many years head of the music department at a midlands college. Harold Taylor is a distinguished pianist specialising in works in the Romantic tradition. Looking at the town’s medieval defences and castle, lost streams, ancient fords, historic wharfs, Victorian health hazards and much more. Participants should be aware that although we start at Frankwell the finish point is at Shrewsbury Weir. No previous paddling experience is required.
