The Sun Valley Canoeing company has been running since 1988 and specialises in Canadian-style canoe trips for families, office parties, businesses, sports clubs and all types of out door clubs alike whether novice or expert.

We provide a wide range of programs from day trips to weekend/mid week breaks, including overnight stops.

The county of Shropshire, from which we operate is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the country.

The River Severn, which teems with wildlife, is the longest in Britain and winds through the county, offering you a magnificent opportunity to experience Shropshire's natural beauty.

On all our trips we will provide you with equipment and buoyancy aids and then offer you a short safety talk. Canoe trips take place every day from April until October inclusive.

In bad weather or poor river conditions the company reserves the right to cancel a canoe trip for safety reasons. In this event, an alternative date or full refund is offered.

The Company is licenced by Bridgnorth District Council, holds a current boating/ vessel licence Public Health Act Amendment 1907, and has a public liability insurance policy. Under 18 year olds must be accompanied by parents or by a legally appointed guardians. Minimum age is 7 years old.
