The music begins at the two main venues at 8pm on Friday 16th May with sessions on Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday afternoon.
The line up of artists include:
Daz and Anna Barker, Belshazar's Feast, Maire Ni Chathasaigh and Chris Newman, Tracy Curtis, Guto Dafis, Tom Doughty, Dragonsfly, East Handed, Epic45, Doug Eunson and Sarah Matthews, Rachel Hair, Hoover The Dog, Landermason, The Machine Breakers, Jackie Oates and James Dumbleton, Ling Peng and Xiao Ying, Shellback Chorus, Simon Scardanelli, Beck Sian, Slainte, The Smirkins, Quick Silver, Tony Stringfellow and Bob Cairns, 3 Daft Monkeys, Triban, and The Wam Bam Band.
On Saturday evening their will be 'Alterternative Night' at Wheaton Aston's Recreation Centre featuring Canada based Millimetric and Shropshire's Eric (El) Heath.
On Sunday morning at 10.30 there will be a special Charity Concert at St Mary's church featuring a selection of musicians from the main bills.
One of the most popular parts of the festival is 'The Fringe'.
Not a hairstyle but a two day feast of dance, processions, art galleries, fairground rides, craft stalls, micro beer festival, food stalls, cheese and fudge boats, open mic, back room and open air sessions, and much, much more.
Wheaton Aston Music Festival takes place over the weekend 16th to the 18th May 2008.
Ticket prices start at £15 for an afternoon or evening session, £24 for a Saturday ticket, £33 for a Saturday and Sunday ticket, £37 for a weekend ticket and £95 for a family weekend ticket.
Tickets give access to all venues including the 'Alternative Night'. Camping is available locally @ £6. Concessions are available.
