Sian Kerry, Director of Arts Alive said, “We have joined forces with two other rural touring schemes to bring the very best of European theatre for the youngest audiences to rural areas. We are thrilled to present companies from Croatia, Italy, and the UK. We have performances in venues across the two counties, some during the school day and others late afternoon and weekends to make shows available at different times in different places.
The aim of Arts Alive is promote live professional performances within easy reach of everyone in the rural communities of both Herefordshire and Shropshire, and we want to make sure that includes younger children. For many this is their first taste of live performance and we strive to ensure it is a magical unforgettable experience.”
