Make sure you enter your details against the correct product code (VS010, VS011 etc). This is shown on your Renewal Invitation.

Do not worry if you type the name or account number incorrectly - all online transactions are verified manually and we will contact you if there is a problem!

Pay Pal will send you an email acknowledgement and you should also receive our payment confirmation / invoice by post within 14 days.
