ABOUT THE COTTAGE
The cottage was an old granary which has been converted to the highest standards. The immaculate accommodation sleeps 6 and comprises one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bathroom and two further twin bedded rooms, with cot and high chair available.
The beds have firm mattresses and electric under-blankets. Cotton bed linen is included in rental and beds will be made up for your arrival. Each bathroom has a full size bath, WC., washbasin, cabinet, mirrors, wall heater and shaver point.
The living area, comrprises a large open-plan fitted kitchen with peninsula dining unit, and beamed lounge with WOOD BURNING STOVE and colour TV.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and extractor fan and microwave oven. There is also a tumble-dryer available for visitors to use.
All rooms have exposed beams and lovely views.
There is a separate purpose built billiard room with FULL SIZE SNOOKER TABLE and all accessories. Guests have free unlimited use of this facility.
Full oil fired Central Heating and electricity included.
Pets welcome. £20 per week per pet. Dogs must be well behaved and on a lead all the time as this is a working farm.

River fishing, pony trekking, walking (Offa's Dyke 1 mile), golf (three excellent courses), swimming, mountain biking, National Trust.
