Event Details
Many of you will be familiar with Paul Evans’ work as a writer, broadcaster and conservationist: he writes a Country Diary on Wenlock Edge for The Guardian, the Nature Watch column for The Guardian Weekly and presents programmes on natural history for Radio 4.
We are therefore delighted that he has agreed to lead our first Festival Ramble, which will take the form of a guided walk in the countryside around Much Wenlock and an exploration of the impact of nature and man on the local landscape.
This walk will complement the Vaughan Williams Celebrated concert which is being held in the Parish Church after lunch on the same day.
