At the last Much Wenlock Festival, musician John Moore and farmer/ writer Martin Jones performed a musical play called ‘One Man and His Jog’ that ran and ran …literally.
This year they are cooking up something based loosely around the world of the celebrity chef. When asked to describe the nature of this brand new show Martin Jones was cautious:
“Imagine the crummiest restaurant in town, run by knackered chef Johnny Vollier, the only chef in the area with three Michelin tyres, and you have the recipe for a sweet and sour musical entertainment …to be taken with a pinch of salt, of course.”
The very many fans of this talented duo will know that this certainly has the ingredients for another hilarious evening and we very much look forward to welcoming them back the 2008 Festival.
