Martha's Cottage is in a lovely location just a few minutes walk from the Iron Bridge.

Tastefully refurbished throughout in July 2005, the cottage offers all modern comforts in a traditional setting.

The cottage has private parking for two cars and the museums are within a two mile radius. A few minutes stroll through a maze of alleyways brings you to the town centre, the Iron Bridge, and the riverside.

The accommodation, which was completely refurbished in 2005, consists of an oak-beamed living/dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor, with one elegant double bedroom, one cosy twin bedded room and a bathroom above.

Facilities

The kitchen contains a gas hob, electric oven, combination microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery and utensils.

All bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included at no extra charge.

The cottage has a private terraced garden with beautiful views across the gorge. There is a small summer house and garden furniture is provided. Ideal for picnics and al-fresco dining.

There is a small convenience store offering newspapers and daily provisions just a couple of minutes walk away in the village.

Ironbridge has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes (Italian, Thai, Indian as well as several superb Pub restaurants.

Marthas Cottage is equipped with wide screen TV, surround sound and DVD player.

Broadband Internet connection and Play Station.

Modern cycles free to use - 1 Gents (21 speed) 1 ladies (10 speed) 1 Childs (7/12 years, 10 speed). Tandem for hire £10/day.

Plenty of easy cycle paths with scenic views along both banks of the river Severn.
