A WARM WELCOME IS ASSURED

Enjoy a friendly welcome at Lane End Farm, a traditional Shropshire farmhouse furnished in old country style with a wealth of antique clocks and pictures.

We have some sheep, free-range chickens (guaranteeing wonderful fresh eggs for breakfast!), geese and dogs. We have diversified from sheep farming and now produce rustic garden furniture, birdtables, rose arches, pergolas etc.

Good woodland walks are adjacent to the farm and the Shropshire Union canal is just 5 minutes drive away. Harper Adams, Lilleshall National Sports Centre and Goldstone Hall are just minutes away.

We are ideally located for visiting historic Ironbridge, medieval Shrewsbury, Telford, Cosford Aerospace Museum, Weston Park, Hawkstone Park, Hodnet gardens, etc. Ellesmere with lakes and canals is 45 minutes drive as is the Potteries with its wealth of china factories and museums.

Our large and comfortable bedrooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and TV's. Our ensuite rooms have shower, toilet and washbasin

There is an excellent pub within 5 minutes drive, offering good food, and which is highly recommended by all our guests.

In addition, there are good restaurants and pubs in Newport and Market Drayton
