Royalty Free Licence - High Resolution Images

If you wish to use any of our images in any commercial publication or website, then you must purchase a Royalty Free Licence from us at a cost of £25 per image.

We do not offer a print service at this time. All images are supplied in digital format by email, or by CD as required. (add £5.00 to cover CD preparation and postage UK).

Discounts are available for Virtual Shropshire advertisers and bulk orders - please email for details.

How To Order

1. Browse our Shropshire Photo Gallery and locate the photo(s) you wish to purchase.

2. Under each full size photo you will see "Web Address of this page".

3. Copy & Paste the address (starting http:) into an email message. 

4. Email the message to 
 sabine@virtual-shropshire.co.uk, 
making sure you include your contact details.

Will will then contact you to confirm availability of the photo and payment instructions.
Images are normally supplied by email within three working days.

Bulk Orders. If you wish us to send the images on CD by post please email sabine@virtual-shropshire.co.uk or telephone 01952 728623 with details of your requirements along with your contact details and billing address.

This service is currently only available for UK billing addresses.

Urgent Orders. If you need the photos quickly please email or phone (as above) and we will try to respond as soon as possible

Personal use (free)

You are welcome to copy / download our low-resolution images for personal use. This includes use on personal websites or blogs. However this is subject to the conditions below:

1. Email your request to photouse@virtual-shropshire.co.uk with the following information:

• Your full name and postal address
• The address of the website that the image is to be used on.
• The url of the photo you wish to use (or attach a copy of the image)

2. Your web site MUST NOT contain any advertising, product promotion or offensive material.

3. You MUST include the following text & link adjacent to the photograph

"Photo by Sabine J Hutchinson www.virtual-shropshire.co.uk"

4. You MUST NOT publish the photo until you receive a confirmation email from us (this may take a few days).

5. You MUST NOT "hot link" to our server - images should be uploaded to your own web space.
