Accredited as one of the "Top 100 UK Restaurants" (by Restaurant magazine) The Restaurant at The Elms, has been nominated as the only restaurant in the area that reaches the high standards demanded by the nomination, amongst stiff competition with the likes of Gordon Ramsey and Jamie Oliver in the running. The restaurant is overseen by accredited Head Chef Daren Bale, who has also achieved much National and Local acclaim, including 2AA Rosettes, and their AA Strawberry Award, which is only accredited to restaurants who source more than 50% of their produce from the region.

December sees some great Festive Foodie Events across the region. With the Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas market now underway – the largest outside Germany – it’s a great time to visit the city and consume some European culture, without the need to increase your carbon footprint with an expensive flight (it may start out at a Pound to fly to Europe, but end up costing you much more once you add on the taxes, as well as taxis, and hotels). So save your Euros, and spend your pounds locally this year....
