The house has 2 double bedrooms and a single room with plenty of space in the comfortable lounge and kitchen with dining area.

The property is ideal for fishing, walking or a comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting places or family in the area.

Full gas central heating, garage and private gardens leading to the river.

Lounge has TV, video, very comfortable 3 and 2 seater settees and attractive fireplace with electric stove.

Kitchen has oak units with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge/freezer and ample crockery and equipment. The dining area in the kitchen has a full dining table with padded seats and a high chair.

Upstairs has one double bedded room, one twin bedded room, a single bedded room and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Cot, high chair and stair gates all available free

Both towels and linens are provided in with the cost.
