Dear Sarah & staff Just a little thankyou from our boy Oscar for solving his allergy problems. He's been scabby and itchy around the face and ears for most of his life on and off. Tried all sorts of potions and tablets but non had any lasting effect.... until we visited Bridgnorth Veterinary Centre. Blood tests and very good advice did the trick in establishing it was food related. Should have visited you sooner!! He is now itch and scab free (and looking pretty handsome too)... unless he pinches anything on his covert night time patrol of the kitchen surfaces that is! He now lives on tuna, prawns and allergen free biscuits amd he seems very happy indeed! Thanks Clare, Matt and Oscar the cat Just to say a BIG THANKYOU!! for seeing Oscar so promptly Monday morning. Both yourself and Vicky were both professional in your explanation of her illness and supportive in our decision to let her go. This has been a particularly sad loss as we have, as you know,had Muffin for some twelve years and she was very much an integral part of family life but to know that at the end she was in your caring hands does make our decision a little easier to handle. It should also be mentioned that throughout our dealings with your practice over the past year and a half we have received from all your staff and colleagues nothing but a friendly, caring and supportive service.
