There is no restriction on how few guest you have (2-150). The maximum is 80 for sit down or 150 for buffet in the house. Your can use your own cateres and organise the arrangment of house and tables.

The price for exclusive hire of the manor: Mon-Thur £ 1500. Fri-Sun £ 2500.
