Built
of local stone and timber and clad with
ivy, the house dates back to 1640. Inside there
are a wealth of oak beams, inglenook fireplaces
and flagstone floors offset by antiques and decorated
in a cool and collected country style with a reassuring
lack of chintz.
Our
three individually furnished bedrooms are
uncluttered and stylishly cottagey. Feather duvets,
crisp white cotton sheets, thick bathrobes and Body
Shop toiletries all add to calming and restoring
the senses. |
