The Museum in Cross Street, is housed in the old Goff’s Charity School and houses many interesting items from Tenbury’s past. Parents and grandparents are always fascinated by artifacts they remember from their childhood.
The Pump Rooms were built in 1862 at the rear of The Crow Hotel by the Tenbury Improvement Company. The building is a distinctive feature in the town and was designed by James Cranston of Birmingham who based the design on his own greenhouse.
Angel Gardens are beautiful ornamental gardens located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Ludlow. Situated at 1000 feet above sea level they have panoramic views of the stunning Shropshire countryside and Welsh ranges.
Originally a Norman castle, now retains various medieval buildings, including the magnificent ruins of the inner bailey. The castle forms a spectacular backdrop to the world renown Ludlow Festival, held in the grounds every summer.
