Supported by Heart of England Fine Foods, it will offer visitors a menu of gastronomic goods from a wide range of regional food producers. Among the treats available to try and buy will be local wines and cider, organic fruit and vegetables, meats, smoked fish, cheeses and cakes.

Bridgnorth Country Market will also be on site, selling top quality vegetables, cakes and plants.

“The National Trust supports seasonal and locally-grown food, and this is a great way of finding out more about what is produced in our region,” says Dudmaston’s Visitor Services Manager Nick Smith. “There will be a delicious variety of regionally-produced food and drink on offer.”

The Spring Fair will take place from 12noon.  Normal admission prices apply.

The delightful gardens at Dudmaston will be open from 12noon for visitors to admire the spring displays, and the mansion will be open from 2pm. The National Trust tea-room is open from 11.30am and the shop from 1pm.
