Staff at the Dudmaston Estate, near Bridgnorth, hope the event will be the biggest and best yet, with local producers providing a range of stalls.
The event will feature produce from the estate’s tenant farmers with fresh asparagus, meats and cheese on sale.
Local producers of chocolate truffles, champagne, marshmellows, jams and preserves will also be there.
Visitor services Manager Heather Redmond said: “There will be a great range of tasty treats up for grabs from sponge cakes and cheese to champagne and honey. So come along and show your support to local suppliers of fresh, seasonal and sustainable food.”
The Food Fair will run from 12noon to 6pm on Sunday 13 June.
The event is being held as part of the National Trust’s Food Glorious Food campaign which aims to promote the benefits of fresh, local and sustainable produce.
Children will be able to pick up packets of free seeds which will enable them to grow salad leaves and carrots.
New allotments have been created within the gardens at Dudmaston which will in time provide the tea-room with its own fresh salad and vegetables and reduce food miles.
